Shipping Policy

All of our hair is PRE-ORDER currently. Allow up to 7 business days for all orders to process. Orders are NOT processed on the weekends or holidays. You will NOT receive any updates on your orders while it's being processed.

Order Fulfillment 4 days

Delivery 2-3 business days for all U.S orders. 6-10 business days for all international orders.

Delivery Once a package is in the hands of USPS. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Upon arrival, we require our packages to be signed for if you happen to miss delivery, you will have to reschedule with USPS. If you have any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS.

Return Policy We strive to have the best hair on the market and to have every customer fall in-love with their unit and bundles. Unfortunately, there will be NO returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item please email us immediately at quarzellaluxeco@gmail.com. Otherwise then all sales are FINAL.
